At FashionDealsKW, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a fair and transparent return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

🛍️ Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving their order.

  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Size exchanges are allowed for eligible clothing items (except items marked as “non-exchangeable”).

  • After the 2-day period, items are no longer eligible for exchange.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

In line with Kuwait’s health, hygiene, and safety regulations, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

These include (but are not limited to):

  1. Underwear & Lingerie (panties, bras, sets, shapewear, etc.)

  2. Sleepwear & Pajamas (if tried on or used)

  3. Socks & Hosiery

  4. Personal Care or Intimate Items (e.g., bodysuits, slimming vests, anti-sweat vests)

✅ Exception: Clothing items (such as dresses, tops, abayas, or pants) can be exchanged for size within 2 days, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

💸 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, for eligible items only.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Packed in original packaging

    • Accompanied by a valid receipt/invoice

  • Misused or damaged items are not eligible for return.

  • All return requests must be submitted via WhatsApp (69696465) or through the website return form before sending the item back.

💳 Refund Policy

Once we inspect and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 2–4 working days depending on your payment method:

  • Tabby Payments: 7% fee deducted, refund within 4 working days.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard): 2.5% fee deducted, refund within 2 working days.

  • K-net or Cash Payments: No extra fees, refund via K-net or bank transfer within 2 working days.

📌 Important Conditions:

  • Refunds apply only to eligible items.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you return an item, only the product value (minus any payment processing fees) will be refunded.
