📦 Kash5astore – Shipping & Delivery Policy

🚚 Delivery Fees:

  • 1 KD to all areas
  • For Ali Sabah Al Salem, Sabah Al Ahmad, Al Mutlaa, and Wafra, delivery fees vary by area

📦 Types of Delivery:

1️⃣ Normal Delivery

  • Fee: 1 KD

Delivery Time Slots:

  • Noon Delivery: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Night Delivery: 8:30 PM – 11:30 PM

 

📝 Important Notes:

  • Orders Placed Before 11:00 AM → Delivered Same Day Between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Orders Placed Between 11:00 AM And 7:00 PM → Delivered Same Day Between 8:30 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Orders Placed After 7:00 PM → Delivered On The Next Day

2️⃣ Express Delivery

  • Fee: 1.750 KD
  • Delivery Time: Between 3 to 6 hours
  • Delivery Window: From 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Note: Some items may not be available for express delivery.

 It is recommended to contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability.

3️⃣ Super Express Delivery

  • Fee: Starts from 2.500 KD (varies by area)
  • Delivery Time: Within 2 hours
  • Delivery Window: From 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Note: This option is not available on the website.

Customers must place the order via WhatsApp.

 

📦 Delivery Schedule for Sabah Al-Ahmad Area 🇰🇼

All orders to Sabah Al-Ahmad are delivered daily between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM.

  • 🚚 If faster delivery is needed, customers may select Express Delivery, which typically arrives within 3 to 5 hours.
  • 📲 However, it is recommended to confirm availability via WhatsApp before placing the order: +965-94192932

 

🔹 Thursday Evening Orders (After 7:00 PM):

  • 📦 Any orders placed after 7:00 PM on Thursday will be delivered on Friday between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM, or on Saturday between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM depending on availability.
  • 📲 We will follow up with customers to confirm the exact delivery schedule based on the product and delivery readiness.

 

📦 Friday Delivery Policy 🇰🇼

Please note that Friday is not considered a standard working day, so delivery operations are limited as follows:

  •  All deliveries scheduled on Friday will take place between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
  • 📌 If a customer selects express delivery Before  7:30 PM on a Friday, the order will be delivered between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM, or it may be postponed to the next day (Saturday) depending on product and delivery availability.
  • 💰 In such cases, the delivery charge will be adjusted to the standard delivery fee of 1.000 KD.
  • 🔄 Additionally, due to limited availability and Friday being a non-standard workday, some deliveries may be moved to the next day even if originally scheduled for Friday.

📦 Holiday Delivery Schedule 

Kash5aStore announces special delivery hours during the following official holidays:

  • February 25 (Wednesday) – National Day
  • March 20 (Friday) – Eid al-Fitr
  • March 21 (Saturday) – Eid al-Fitr Holiday
  • May 27 (Wednesday) – Eid al-Adha

 

🕒 These are not official working days, but part-time delivery is available from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM, or the Next Day between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM depending on availability.

📲 Customers who order on these days will be contacted via WhatsApp to confirm same-day or next-day delivery.

We offer shipping to all GCC countries, including:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 working days

📌 Reservation Policy for Orders:
🕒 The maximum reservation period for any order is 2 Days.

  • For example, if the reservation is made on Sunday, the latest available delivery date will be Tuesday.
  • After this period, the reservation will be Automatically Canceled, and a new order will need to be placed.

📞 Order Confirmation Policy

After you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the order details and delivery time.

  • 📲 If there is no response on WhatsApp within a reasonable time, we will follow up with a phone call to the number provided in your order.
  • ⏳ If no confirmation or response is received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled, and the items will be released from the reservation system.
